Sage Oil Vac Lube Equipment utilizes an exclusive vacuum and pressure process for fluid exchanges. By utilizing an air compressor, technicians create vacuum or pressure in ASME-rated pressure vessels. There are no pumps to maintain and replace. By installing quick connect fittings on equipment, technicians can vacuum fluids directly from equipment without draining, toting and transferring used oil from pans to buckets.
Once vacuum or pressure has been created in the tanks, the air compressor may be used for other tasks. This is especially useful on Lube Trucks as the operator doesn't have to idle the truck to run a large hydraulic air compressor during maintenance.
